What is it?
It is the document issued within the import process to Mexico, which you declare to the authorities that you have complied with the commercial labeling requirements according to the Mexican Official Standard within the national territory.
Benefits
This process gives Mexican importers the opportunity to present the accredited inspection body to customs as legal support to comply with the NOM within the national territory.

Having imported more than $100,000.00 USD in the last year (from today, looking back two years. (ex., if today is September 15, you must have imported more than the specified amount from September 15 two years ago to today).
